  • All services provided by Nadeza LLC are outlined in proposals, contracts, or invoices.

  • We do our best to deliver on time and as described, but timelines may shift based on client feedback, approvals, or outside factors.

  • Marketing results are influenced by many variables; while we aim for strong performance, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes (such as rankings, leads, or sales).


3. Payments

  • Payments are due according to the schedule in your agreement or invoice.

  • Late payments may pause or delay ongoing work.

  • Advertising costs (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) are billed directly to you, unless otherwise arranged.


4. Intellectual Property

  • Work we create (designs, campaigns, content, etc.) remains Nadeza’s property until payment is received in full.

  • After full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to you.

  • We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio or case studies.


5. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide timely feedback, approvals, and access needed to complete projects.

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and materials you provide.


6. Confidentiality

  • We respect your business information and will keep it confidential.

  • Both parties agree not to share sensitive information with third parties unless required by law.


7. Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services.

  • We are also not responsible for downtime, errors, or changes in third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).


8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate a contract with written notice, subject to the terms of the agreement.

  • All outstanding fees must be paid upon termination.


9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming State.
